Contacted Outsurance to change my insurance cover, spoke to Ben Badenhorst. He provided me with various options, great pricing, excellent advice. Explained everything quickly and clearly. He had every detail of my policy at hand and was one step ahead of me all the way. An absolute pleasure dealing with such a professional, my day got off to a great start. Well done Ben and Outsurance. 99% of call centers are a disgraceful stone wall designed to keep unhappy customers away from incompetent management. Outsurance is very different.
