Pathetic customer service!!!

I was debited twice for the same account and when requesting a refund I was told that it takes up to 7 days to be refunded. I asked to speak to the manager but was given a different excuse every time I called. I called the call center (collections dept) 5 times on the 23-08-13 but could not get hold of the manager. All the agents I spoke to told me that they were not allowed to give me the managers name which I later found out was Darryl but calling and asking to speak to Darryl I was told that I cannot speak to him but to the team leader who has no customer service skills whatsoever. On the 26-08-13 I called the call center 4 times and still could not speak to the manager. I've left numerous messages for him to call me back on the 23rd and on the 26th but to no avail. Victor promised to sort out this mess but is also avoiding me. Can you believe that none of the agents i spoke to including the team leader have or know the numbers for the ombudsman for banking??? I later logged a complaint with the complaints department and was given a reference number and even the agent i spoke to there didnt even have that number. CAN IT GET ANY WORSE THAN THIS??? lets see if i get a response now!
