I submitted all documentation requested from me by the Deceased recoveries on 31 May 2013. This in relation to an insured homeloan of my late mother.

Never mind the fact that it took me 2 weeks to work throught their call center to actually get the right department to speak to.

I have sent several follow ups to enquire on the progress, as I do not want to loose my home over some admin issue.

Only when their homeloans department calls me, mind you I'm not a client of theirs, for payment do I inform them I'm not the client and they should consult their insurance department to settle the homeloan does the recoveries department call me to request yet another long list of never requested for documents.

Can someone who knows what needs to happen kindly call me and settle this matter. Surely its can't take you a full 3 months to process a payout on a homeloan insurance? It can't be that hard to do.

Client had an homeloan, and insured it should anything happen. Something happens. You get notified... Therefore, keep your end of the stick.
