From Policy inception through to making amendments, the initial feel was one of excellent service. Having needed to make amendments to my policy I ended up dealing with Lizette who has been proffesional, knowledgable and going the extra mile on several occasions now. Being able to deal with someone that knows what they are doing, very capable as well as being proactive and making meaningful suggestions is such a pleasure. The personal attention and level of detail helps to take away the feeling of being another number. I am refreshingly impressed with the service and have already recommended King Price to several friends who have signed up as well.
