MANAGER REFUSED TO TAKE CALL

I am a client of Old Mutual's. Since I have aquired the shares I got married and needed to change my surname, along with other details. I started this process in January 2013. I sent by mail all the required documents that were needed. I followed up with Computer share later in the year only to discover that they had not loaded my banking details. I went in to their offices and delt with Jackie Jansen. Jackie was effiecient and went through the whole process with me. I advised her that I also wanted to sell my shares, I filled out the forms and at her request e-mailed my bank statement, since they had not bothered to up date my banking details on their system. I was told it would take 3 weeks, I called on the 19th and was told that they were still not up dated but should call on Monday the 26th to confirm, so today I call and still nothing. Tsherpiso Maleka said that he would up date the banking details but still cannot tell me when I will get my dividends paid into my bank account. Mr Darren Wardon refused to take my complaint, so when does a person get anything right with Computershare? How many times do we have to phone before anything happens? PLEASE CAN SOME HELP
