Debit on the wrong date

Hi, Clientele Life, have the habit of debiting my account on the wrong date. As a result when some of my debits run, they bounce. I have arranged with Clientele Life to debit my account on the last day of the month. They agreed to this, however, I was made aware that should the last day of the month fall on a weekend or a public holiday, my account will be debited on the last working day of that month. I agreed to those terms. My problem is on more than one occasion, my account has been debited before the 25th of the month. I get my salary on the 25th of every month, With the exception that, should the 25th be on the weekend or a public holiday, my salary gets deposited on the last working prior to the 2th of that month. I have had this problem with Clientele Life on numerous occasions and on all occasions I have called them, and they always promise me that it will never happen again. My problem is this is reflecting bad on my name and I end up not paying my other accounts on time and also it costs me with bank charges because I get charged every time a debit doesn't go through. I have also asked them for a soft copy of my contracts and they haven't sent them to me.
