I'm sure that many people are happy with FNB. But in all honestly, my experience since switching to FNB has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. In the latest development, I am being billed for a Smart Device which I do not even own. This device, an iPhone 4 to be specific, was sent to me mistakenly a few months ago. I returned the device immediately, sealed and untouched, and was assured that the device would be removed from my banking profile and costs incurred (courier fee) would be paid back into my account. Here we are almost 2 months on, and the device is still on my profile (along with 2 other device profiles to the value of R0.00 each, no idea how these got here???), and I am being billed R200 p/m for it! Called customer care once more this morning, and was assured (once again) that the device would be removed and all monies returned into my account. Let's hope this actually happens. Getting seriously irritated. Come on FNB, you're better than this!
