My daughter resigned from her previous job and was contacted by Ruth regarding the payout of her provident fund. My daughter supplied the information requested and has since not had any feedback. She has now joined the new company's provident fund and would like to have a portion of the money moved to there. She does not know how to contact Ruth as there is no telephone number on Ruth'semails and there is no response to her emails.
