Hi my name is Lefu Nkofu I bank with U bank. I got paid on the 26/07/13 but couldn't withdraw the money the receipt said I should go to the branch. On the 28/07/13 I went to the bank to find out what was happening so I was told that I can't receive the money as I have to pay a loan that I have with the bank, I was shocked because I don't have a loan I only was told about this when I wanted to switch banks, after a long talk with the manager he confirmed that U didn't have a loan he promised to refund my money within 2-5 days. I then went on the 5/08/13 but I was sent from pillar to post. I went back still I didn't get any help or proper explanation. Days turned to weeks I went again on the 23/08 n informed them that I was gonna open the case but I was asked not to do that and give them until 26/08/13 to sort it out but still I got no help. I am angry because I got paid and still a month later I stil don't have my money all I received was the incompetent staff. I opened a case against the bank n all I want is my money bank and to close the account. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone they are unprofessional and don't care about their customers, I really am angry.
