I made arrangements for R500.00 to be deducted from my bank account but an amount of R13 000.00 was taken and on top of that an arrangement amount of R500.00 was also deducted. I'm not a bad faith client and have been phased with some financial challenges. I don't understand if all of my salary is deducted how should I survive with my family. I have taken the matter to the NCR (Regulator) for further investigation. I never provided consent for such an amount to be deducted.
