Broken Process

I locked myself out of the internet banking portal. Have been trying to reset my username and password for two days. Page redirects fail from the main banking portal [URL Removed] Eventually after a few attempts I get to enter a new username and password but then the site requests me to enter the OTP which does not get sent to either primary or secondary options. I tried calling the call centre but the consultant I spoke to literally placed me on hold for 20 minutes.
