Afternoon STD Bank,
I have changed my mobile number on the internet banking site. Unfortunately some of the notifications goes to my new number & some to my old number. My son has been struggling with this same issue for months now & it doesn't help to visit the branch. They & him even spoke directly with your IT section - to no avail.
My old number will stop working at the end of this week & will not be able to make any mastercard & check card internet payment due the fact that the OTP will be send to my old number.
Is there someone somewhere at Std and Mastercard that can address this issue? It seems that changing banks is about the only option left?
