I cancelled my speedpoint terminal January 2012 and went overseas, when i got back in December 2012 i found that i was still being billed for services charges for this speedpoint terminal, since January this year i started calling FNB merchant services to stop billing me for services i am not receiving and i want FNB to return all the money they already charged me, and every time they told me a consultant will get back to me. Then they gave me a phone number of a consultant Brenda Swart in Pretoria, i could never get hold of her either.
