Internet Banking Maintenance on PAY DAY

We have several accounts with ABSA & our business account is with them as well. I have encountered a few problems with the new internet banking system. Many times Once you log in it logs you off automatically and even thanks you for logging off (but i was logging on) I visited my nearest branch and they said it was the area I was making payments from. So what they are saying that in 3 different areas in Pretoria east you are not able to do internet banking even though I have made many payments from the 3 different areas many times. The bank manager said I should call ABSA and ask them to assist. Well 10 minutes later on the call centre - no help. It eventually started working again. Now yesterday 26-08-2013 PAY DAY for my employees there was no beneficiary icon on the new online banking. Called the call centre - Maintenance on the site on PAY DAY. Till today no beneficiary icon. The call centre advised I use the old banking system, so I did. And after every 5 payments i was logged off by the site automatically. I have to pay 80 employees. Very frustrating. Please get some proper IT management to rectify this problem and do maintenance on days that are not key in businesses.
