I need something corrected and explained please. On the 01/06/2013 I made a payment of R2300 on a card that had a credit limit of R2500. I now check through all my transaction history because I encountered problems with the card while I was in Namibia. I see that with all of my transactions since that date I should have a balance of around R1200 available on the card. Instead I only have a balance of R185. Where has the rest of my money gone?
Also on my second point, why was I never informed of a credit limit decease? The limit is now sitting on R1500, I have never missed a payment. I was never called or emailed. I want answers to this and I want the correct amount reflected on my available balance.
I have printed out the transaction list from the online banking as proof.
If I do not hear from you I will be taking this to the papers and let them report on what you are doing to your customers.
