I cancelled a policy on the 21st August and was surprised when my account was debited for the same policy yesterday. I tried to call the call center but after holding for an operator for more than 15 minutes, I hung up and sent emails, and only got the auto-mated response. What I fail to understand is how their systems work - I cancelled the policy and got my money back, but why keep my details and still debit my account if I dont have a policy with you. I would understand if I had cancelled the policy yesterday that maybe the request has already been sent for debit orders, but the policy was cancelled last week and money due to me was paid into my account, and I dont think the refund was calculated with the end of August debit in mind.
I would like to humbly request that my money be deposited back into my account immediately.
