Cellphone repairs

My phone had liquid damage. The phone was repaired according to them. I took the phone to Vodacom and they inspected the phone. According to Vodacom the a liquid damaged phone could not be repaired. I sent the phone back to Finrite with the motivational letter from from Vodacom. Again according to Finrite they repaired the phone. They also said they were going to give me a new phone. My phone is faulty now. The speaker does not work. The phone is very slow. My screen got a blotch on it. The second time I gave my phone they assured me I will get A NEW ONE. This is the third time my phone go in. The two times they did not even specify what they repaired. I spoke to Dolly this morning 27/08/2013 at 08h26.She slammed the phone in my ear when i told her that i am going to report it to Hellopeter.com
