Lets not use Internet banking

I STLL can't log into my internet banking after several requests. It has been going on for the past 2-3 weeks. Since I am unable to log into my internet banking profile I can't pay any of my accounts - and my creditors won't understand why I am paying late and don't listen when I say i can't log into my internet banking to pay them. It is unexcuseable to me.
