To Whom it may concern
After the recent facelift of ABSA's internet banking site, I can't access my account through the website. After inserting my account number and password the site goes into a time out delay and no further progress is made. I have checked with a fellow colleague and he can log in with no issues.
I have had to do my last two transactions using the ABSA app on my phone. The latter at least works very well.
