I have been having a problem with sending my money from my paypal account since early this morning and still I haven't been successful!!!
The new fnb website is a huge headache and not user friendly.
I have been sending money from my paypal account to my fnb account since 2010 on the old fnb website and I didn't experience any problems simply because it was user friendly, convenient and the best online banking service.
I used three different computers (including a computer at a fnb branch) and got the same outcome, which was amazing because I initially thought it was a problem on my side!!!
Fnb must consider bringing back the old website because their new website is the worst and as a customer it is really disappointing to be part of such disappointing innovations!!!
I hope fnb will be able to assist me with my problem and rectify the issue with their website.
