Good day,

A while back I applied for a further bond with nedbank on my homeloan and was declined. The reason was that my current account was managed badly, this upset me because I closed my nedbank account a while back at Nedbank Rustenburg and this was later not the case. This resulted in the account being in arrears etc. The reason I closed the account was that I opened an account with FNB and took out a homeloan with them. My cheque account was shown that it was under debt councelling that I never applied for. How do you open a new account and get a new home loan approved? I don't understand where all these things come from and feel that nedbank is dragging its feet in sorting this out. I call nedbank westgate daily for a solution but they also seem indifferent. If this is how nedbank chooses to do business I am happy I left the bank, the service is really bad and they are tarnishing my reputation.
