I would like to compliment Henry Shongwe on the excellent service he is delivering at Miway. I am a current Miway client for almost 4 years and i have never dealt with a better consultant. He is caring, understanding and always puts his customers needs first. I am also in the customer services industry. I work in the Banking sector and know that good customer services skills is really lacking in the workplace. Henry really goes over and beyond the call of duty to deliver to his customers. I only deal with Henry when i call Miway and if he is not avaiable i will leave a msg for him to return my calls.
