WORST BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA

I selected an ABSA LISTED BENEFECIARY from ABSA INTERNET BANKING (once selecting the absa listed beneficiary, the institution's acc number is automatically selected (so OBVIOUSLY that is where the money should be deposited to because you SELECTED the already existing absa listed beneficiary (with their acc no)
so it takes you to a step where it says enter your ACC no with the INSTITUTION which is EDGARS, which I did, so payment actually went to that non existent bank acc - but yet absa said payment successful (even though it was paid into an edgars statement number, which I had to enter as stated by absa. I now need to pay R160 to reverse this non existent payment which was NOT MY FAULT. if I have to pay this, I will be closing my account with absa after 11 years, and I will be doing this IMMEDIATELY. what is wrong with you people??? I have no money and now I should pay R160 back
