I am highly upset with the fact that you people tried to debit my account on Saturday 24 August. You caused Returned Debits on my account and I NEVER gave permission for your debit my account on this date. I clearly stated when I applied for this loan that I get paid any day from 25 - 27th of the month and thus I want the Debit Order to go through on the 27th or 28th of each month. You guys said that NO NEED TO WORRY as we will monitor your account and only debit when your salary gets paid into your account. Well guess what it only gets paid today and will only be in my account by tomorrow. SO WHO GAVE YOU PERMISSION FOR THIS UNLAWFUL DEBIT??? I want the costs of this returned debit which is R130 refunded to me and an apology letter from you in this regard and an full explanation of a Manager on why you did this. I will take this to the Consumer Act and I am not accepting this. If you want to do business like this then I will NOT pay you a cent going forward and I will see you in Court. Not good practice for new customers!!!
