On Saturday I was notified that Sage Netcash without my authority deducted money from my account. According to FNB, Sage is a frequent transgressor and their response to my telephonic query that they deduct money from private bank accounts on behalf of The Big Five Network who also did not have the requisite authority to do so without satisfying themselves that the deduction is legal is unacceptable. I notice a stock standard response on this website w.r.t. from Sage. If you have been notified on numerous occasions that The Big Five Network does not have the authority to request deductions, why are you not doing anything to stop it?
