Much Appreciated Excellent Service

Having an accident and having to claim from insurance is a daunting task especially if its your first time. On arrival to the assessment centre, a warm welcome by the security guard Moses put me immediately at ease. The assessor allocated, Alan Mulqueeny was on hand immediately. He was very approachable and easy to talk to. He listened to all I had to say and further advised on other things that should be checked. This was great for a first experience. A brief primary assessment was done while I was present including inspection of the undercarriage. While waiting for the car to be hoisted, I was made to feel very 'at home' even by the staff coming into work. Everyone was very friendly & showed genuine concern as to whether I was sorted out, wanted coffee etc.
Even met Gerhard the business manager who took time to chat and see if I was being sorted out. On completion, Alan was kind enough to explain the process to follow and proposed time frame which was refreshing. With the aid of a wonderful young lady, Jeanne was able to get online and submit my pleasant experience.
