BEYOND ANGRY FOR UNLAWFUL DEBIT ORDER!

This is the second time that African Bank has unlawfully debited money from my Standard bank account for a credit card that we do not even have. In 2011 this problem was supposedly rectified and the money was paid back and the phantom credit card account was 'closed'. In Dec 2011 we moved to Australia. Two months ago African bank again started randomly deducting funds from our standard bank account again. When calling all the way from Australia, we were told we had a credit card! WHAT??? We are not even in the country! We were assured that it was a mistake and that it would be rectified and I checked today and yet ANOTHER debit order has been deducted! I called again and the call centre people are rude and unhelpful and don't know what I am talking about??? How dare African Bank take money from me for something we don't even have?
