I have been struggling for 3 days now to pay my Tax commitments via ABSA's Online Banking Platform.
The Tax Authorisations are created correctly via SARS e-filing and reflects under my tax authorisations menu
on internet banking, but when I want to release them, I get an error "002 - Select Debit Account" And I have
profusely selected my cheque account (which is selected by default anyway)!!
ABSA is going to cause serious delays with peoples' Tax payments (Especially Provisional payers) and should remove this broken function from their site. Will have to make manual payments and capture them on E-Filing
Extra work and a waste off time! - BAD Service ABSA ..
