On the 7t of July a guy reversed into my car (front left door). They said they are insured with Auto and General and that my car will be fixed. We faxed all the documnets that was asked of us from Auto and General (After we had to phone Auto and General). My fiance took my car to Boksburg to be assesed (where the people assesing my car were very rude to him!!!) Weeks went by that we didn't hear anything so my fiance phoned and then they said they haven't received any paperwork (why didn't Auto and General follow up with me?? Why did we have to phone them?) So he faxed the paperwork again. It's the 26th of August and my car is still not fixed!!! Why aren't you coming back to me?? My car can't stay like this forever!
