My claim and authorisation was sent to eljoney panel beaters last Monday for an accident repair on the front left side. as the insurance, all parts supposed to be replaced and I quote"original parts as per claims consultant said it was ordered from vw'aswell as panel beaters also said they waiting for vw to deliver parts, Friday when they called, to collect car, as it was done, I was not happy with the repairs (the left front headlamp is not alignded, as u can see a gap between bumper and headlamp, as on the right side, its properly aligned. The left fender is not aligned below the door, the door that had been chipped, that was not even touched up. As the grill as per the "autodex report" was supposed to be replaced.the panelbeater says"eljoney decided to repairs it, not replace it" and for the alignment of the headlamp and bumper is because its pirate parts, that's why the alignment is out... so to me the panel beater is in breech of service, an not aduring to the service charter"we are a vw approved repairer and we use genuine parts" as per the the agreement charter placed at the panel shop... I left my car at the panel beaters, ALL I WANT IS MY CAR THE SAME ORIGINAL, AND ALL PANELS.
