Absa

I was called by Absa 1 or 2 months ago telling me that i qualify for a credit card, then i went there and i got it. i used that credit card to buy a fridge for R3000.00 and then i settled the R3000 amount that was the balance for truworths knowing that i'l now have to pay the credit card alone, and the guy explained to me that the money will be debited of my cheque account in installments but to my suprise on the 24th of August they debited my cheque account with an amount of R6331.29 but they only found R4000.98 which they debited and left me with a -R2232.56. when i called absa then one of their agents gave me the wrong number for credit card department and then i called absa again and another agent tranefered me to the credit card department knowing very well that they work till 13H00 on saturdays, this is so pathetic, but come monday m going to settle that R2232.56 and take my staff to another bank because Absa is so pathetic. i thought a credit card was going to make my life easier but it turn it the other way around
