I WAS A CLIENT ABOUT 18 MONTHS AGO, AND CANCELLED THE POLICY . I GAVE A MONTHS NOTICE AND THE ACCOUNT WAS PAID UP TO DATE. ABOUT MONTHS AFTER CANCELLATION THEY DEDUCTED R998 OUT OFF MY ACCOUNT. I HAD TO WAIT 21 WORKING DAYS FOR A REFUND. THEY ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE, BUT STILL I HAD TO WAIT AND ALL MY OTHER DEBIT ORDERS CAME BACK AND I HAD TO BARE THE COST OF THE RETURNS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON TILL THIS DAY. MY BANK NO LONGER WANT TO REVERSE THIS DEBIT ORDERS AND I EXPECT CLIENTELE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM VERY URGENTLY. I WAS PROMISED A LETTER FROM CLIENTELE TO STATE THAT THERE IS NO DEBIT ORDER THAT NEEDS TO GO OFF FROM MY ACCOUNT, AND STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS LETTER FROM THEM. I HAVE PHONED THEM TWICE ALREADY AND CONFIRMED MY EMAIL ADDRESS WITH THEM ON BOTH OCCASIONS. I FEEL THIS IS POOR SERVICE.
