After discovery informed that the gear box will not be repaired. The vehicle were taken to Mercedes the report founded that they can't distinquish if the damage were from the accident or old damage, and that discovery told us to drive it with a broken gearbox. So how can discovery claim were the damage claim form. Waiting for a week for them to diliiver the vehicle after discovery took the car to an independent gear box specialist. Discovery told us that the vehicle be deliver today to our gear box specialist. which were arrange wit Clement.
When I phoned Clement at 12:00 he said that the vehicle will be delivered today. But after phoning again at 14:00 asking Clement when the vehicle will be delivered he said he will phone my husband.
But now a Raul Lima phoned me and told me that my car were in an accident and they need to fit a new door.
I want to know how Discovery send the vehicle to a pannelbeater for repairs without informing us that the car were damaged. After consulting our Lawyer he said that Raul must stop working on the car and we will come and collect it on Monday to take it to an independent panel beater.
