Email monthly statement

I requested that my statement be emailed to me, sure no problem i was told, what is your email address? i have done this 4 times now, and to date i have still not recieved any statement! I am now very frustrated, firstly i called them to change my physical address, i was told i need to go into the bank, this is the only account i have that requires this from me, and i refuse to go into the bank, i work all week and i seriously dont have time for this on a weekend, so i requested it to be emailed, last month i get a phone call again, asking me what is the reason for my short payment, i just saw red! once again requesting that my statement be emailed to me, but should i not pay i will be handed over rite? maybe this way i will get my statement??? really really annoyed!
