I am extremely unhappy with the service im currently receiving from 24hour (Finrite insurance)
I have been a loyal client who has never missed payment over a year and they cant replace my cellphone. Their communication especially of management is bad Donovan Fourie, Bella Lepheane & Kagiso Mashigo)
My claim was approved but they cant find an MTN store that is close to me to replace my phone.
I have given them a number of malls that are close to me but the phone is not available. How can a phone not be available at Gauteng's MAIN malls?
Can you kindly address this matter urgently as I am currently without a phone. I have also put a complain with AON as they are Finrite insurance partners.
