Change of debit order dates

Good day,

My name is Frank Phiri, I have a personal loan with Capitec bank, I signed a debit order for the date of 26th of each and every month, because that is when I get paid. They deduct the money from my account between the 23rd and the 24th of each and every month, which is not what I agreed on. I went to the bank several times, I even spoke with the assistant manager, because one of their staff members had a very bad attitude towards me when I needed her help. I even went to my bank and asked them to reverse the money that Capitec deducted, I put a stop order on their account, due to the manner in which they deduct money from my account. It does not mean when there are funds in my account, it is their money, that money belongs to me, I signed a contract for the 26th of each and every month, not any day that they want to deduct. This is a very serious issue for me, because I do not get any resolution or help from the Branch, they come up with many stories, which is really not my problem to begin with. What they are doing is not practising "Treating Customers Fairly", so I am pleading to you, will you please be so kind as to assist me with Capitec Bank.
