24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
BAD SERVICE

I had a problem with my phone it didnt want to charge and took it to MTN of which they said i must take it to the insurance. A person from 24hrs mobility came to me on the 13 of Aug and the lady who called me regarding my phone was Natasha and she told me my phone will take 74 hours to be repairs, this people they never call me if they receive and phone and whats going on with it. I am the one who must keep calling them asking what is going on, i could not understand why they took a week to assess my phone and know its gonna be two weeks they still do not tell me what is going on. WHat is the reason of paying for insurance every month and still they do not deliver their service its total NONSENSE!!! I have an insurance that bridge a contract with me. According to Natasha the assessment and repairs suppose to take 74 hours know its a week going to the second week. This is a phone not a car even car insurances they do not take weeks to give back their promises to the clients. This is too much Haibo. deliver your promise 24 HR mobility because you have Bridge a contract and a promise also.
