My car was claimed a write-off and Carline was appointed my Loss Adjustor. She called me and asked me to repeat the accident and events afterwards, and explained the process further. As I had some queries with regards to my car, she made sure the relevant people were contacted to deal with my queries. Within a day I was responded to with her findings - as she had to drive to Langebaan - and the way forward. I felt looked after and appreciated.
