I have received my blue bean credit card in April 2013, I have not received a single credit card statement to date. I even called the call center and asked or the statements to be emailed to me since nothing was being sent via the post (which was my preferred method of contact). I still have not received a thing. Really am not impressed with this kind of service. I have been a Standard Bank customer for many years but I really regret using BlueBean as a credit card service provider!!! Hopefully my request will finally be processed by making use of hello peter!!!
