KING PRICE SERVICE NOT SO ROYAL AFTER ALL

My husband was in a accident using my car a while back. When I was contacted by the Investigating Officer from King Price, everything was wrapped up within 3days. I was already informed that my car was a write off and that it will not be fixed. On Monday, Charl Victor told me that a lady from the finance/claims department (Tebogo) would call me BY TUESDAY to explain the processes to me on what should be done. Today is Thursday, I have not received anything (call/sms/email), nothing. I was in contact with King Price the whole of last week, almost every day, I would be in communication with Charl, he was sharing every single step he was taking in regards to validating my claim, now all of a sudden, we are at a tortoise pace. I am not sure if does King Price want the courtesy car period to expire watch me being stranded and left with no car before they can actually call me and update me on my claim. I was also just informed that Tebogo is busy capturing claims and cannot take calls. Wow! So, its back of the line for me! Thank you for the not so ROYAL SERVICE after all! I was hoping to share a good experience about King Price on Hello Peter!
