I have been with Outsurance for about 8 years. I now only realized that this so called company doesn't care about their clients. In the past 2 years have they not only wrongfully subtracted more than a thousand rand from my account but also increased my premium without informing me. I have sent emails, I have written complaints but clearly they don't care about loosing customers. I feel they use false advertising to lure costumers and then just do as they please with your debit order. I will definitely look for another insurance company.
