Wrong contact details

I traded my Hyundai I20 to VW on 31 July 2011 (BF11CTGP). VW then sold the vehicle to someone else and she took out a policy with Liquid capital. My land line number and cell phone number for some unknown reason are recorded on this policy. The other cell phone number which Liquid capital has, belongs I presume to the owner of the policy, but as per usual this number is not available any more. Now every month since the vehicle was sold I get calls from Liquid Capital about debit orders that are not honoured or whatever, for this vehicle. Today I received another sms to say that the debit order will be taken on the 23rd August. I have contacted Liquid Capital and spoken to supervisors every month for the past 24 months who have assured me that my details will be removed, but alas this does not happen. Please remove me from the database. If this is the way you store information I will never take out a policy with you as you seem to record the incorrect information about your policy owners, so in the event of a claim I am sure you will not honour it! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.
