Credit Card Interest Rate

Hi have a FNB Credit Card which had a reduced interest rate as FNB matched my previous credit card rate from a different bank. That is why I moved to FNB.
I then received a 35% Increase in my salary and therefore applied for an increased credit limit.
My credit card overdraft was increased by less than 35% and yet my credit interest rate increased by 30% without my approval or knowledge!
I have sent numerous emails to try and correct this and and receive no response.
