I cancelled my service plan with Liquid on 26 June 2013, I paid the R450 required to cancel the policy and sent both the cancellation form as well as the proof of payment to Sinqobile. She then confirmed the policy was cancelled. I called the all centre twice thereafter and both times if was confirmed that the policy was cancelled. June, July and August my account was debited. Each month I called the call centre, same story, policy cancelled. Then in August, all of a sudden the policy was in force. The debit orders bounced due to me thinking the policy was cancelled, each time they bounced, I was charged a R138 returned debit order fee. Liquid agreed to refund me the fees for 2 month. During the month of August, Thabo from Liquid called me wanting a photo of my license disk as my policy had been loaded incorrectly in the first place and could therefore not be cancelled. I sent the photos. Shaheed then confirmed the policy is cancelled and they would refund me the fees. I have been waiting for 2 weeks already. Shaheed says he will send a letter that pay out is confirmed but it never arrives. I WANT THE LETTER AND MY BANK FEES REFUNDED!!!
