Fnb legal department just got into my account and transfered money to my credit card without making any arrangement with me. I dont know if this is even legal. Just because I bank with FNB and they are FNB does it give them the right to do that, is it even legal.
I need that money to be refunded back to me and someone must call to make an arrangement. Its not thr first time that this happens. I love FNB and i dont want to bank with any other bank, but i need them to treat me fairly.
Please help me as soon as possible. I am willing to make a payment arrangement, but they need to refund my money. What they deducted it too much i cant affort it as i just settled my wesbank account. I just need that money back please!!!
