I called Capitec and told them in August, I am changing employers, so I will not be able to have my debit order ran on the normal date but 10 days later ecause the company closes my profile at the end of the month and my salary only comes then. The agent said she has reset my debit order date as a once off for August, so I dont have to worry, the debit order will run on the date I requested. And when my normal payday came, the debit order went off, I called they told me they tried to collect and they got R29 and not a full amount, but I told them and they promised on the phone my debit order wouldn't run... I have been honest to CAPITEC, paid their moner, never missed, they reduced my credit, I continued to use them, I paid all their monies in time and honestly but I have had it. I want a refund of my debit order charges, a refund of that R29 and a written apology. I am also cancelling all my accounts with CAPITEC, I will never use them ever again after paying all their money that I owe if they dont call me and fix all this. My name will go on Credit Beaureu as a bad payer because of their negligence.
