Internet banking disfunctionality

I lost my standard bank card. With my replacement card all beneficiary payment confirmation details for internet banking have been wiped out. This has happened on two occasions. I'm told by the call centre it is a disfunction of the software.

Please can standard bank fix this. It is extremely irritating and time consuming to have to re enter all beneficiary payment confirmation details as each one must be done separately and must have a separate sms password sent.
