I registered for a second bond with Standard Bank - we had various serious issues with attorney that they selected - Baloyi Inc. 3 Standard Bank Staff from the complaints department were cced on all correspondence. Not once did any of them try and resolve the situation or contact myself or my husband. The persons cced on all email correspondence was Penelope Rabe, Sicelo S Khoza and Prudence Mnguni. I escalated matter with complaints for manager Rayleen yesterday, she had left and was supposed to call first thing this morning. I called and requested for her at about 15h45 and was told that she was not available, left message with Praveen to forward, apparently there are no managers available in the complaints resolution centre. I am fed up with the service received from Standard Bank - we have been dealing with Standard Bank for almost 15 years and am considering moving all our accounts. I have tried all avenues via Standard Bank to try and get our matters resolved. I have lost faith in STANDARD BANK!!!
