Incompetence at it's best!!!

I TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH THE BANK, BUT DECIDED TO RETURN IT; WITHIN THE 5 DAY PERIOD FOR I HAD NO REASON ANYMORE TO USE THE R3000 GIVEN TO ME

AT THE END OF JULY I WAS STILL DEBITED FOR THE LOAN, EVEN THOUGH I OWED THE BANK NO MONEY AT ALL. I WENT IN TO MY BANK TO REVERSE THE TRANSACTION AND MY MONEY WHICH AMOUNTED TO R500.80 WAS RETURNED TO ME.
AT THIS POINT, I WAS CLEARLY SQUARED UP WITH AFRICAN BANK AND STILL AFTER THE CONFUSION CAUSED BY THE DEBIT ORDER GOING OFF, I WAS THEN CONTACTED BY THE HEAD OFFICE OF AFRICAN BANK AT LEAST ON FIVE OCCASIONS AS TO WHY I HAVE NO PAYED IN MY FIRST INSTALMENT...

FIRSTLY, I WAS NOT PRESENTED WITH A SETTLEMENT FORM FOR THE LOAN...
SECONDLY, IF THIS SITUATION IS NOT CORRECTED ASAP BY THE BANK, I WILL BE FORCED
TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY.
