FNB Online Banking a disaste

I've been having trouble creating and now also logging into my FNB online banking account which I've set up for use with my Paypal Account.

Ive already been registered with PayPal, and also FNB online banking, I've sent my FICA documents to the [Email Removed] email adress, but I am receiving the error that "Online Banking is currently unavailable." When will I be able to log in and when will FNB online banking be available again? This problem is really irritating, and I am not the only person to complain about a very large problem on FNB's side!!!
